We have found most of the Mortgage Brokers on the internet have neglected to disclose the fees the actual lender will charge when they broker your loan. Many Mortgage Brokers on the internet will represent themselves as direct lenders even though they are not. Borrower beware! We are the actual lender in your transaction and we are responsible for the accuracy of points, underwriting, processing, loan documents and credit fees. If you do end up obtaining your loan from someone other than us, make sure to get in writing that there will be no other lender charges.
